Our Rental Policy

We do rentals only, No Sales.

We prefer that orders be placed by phone, FAX, or in person. No Internet orders. We do not ship outside Canada.

On placement of an order we require the following: photo I.D. in the form of driver's license or Ontario government I.D., a security deposit in the form of VISA, MC, direct debit or cash. With the security deposit the Renter is authorizing Costume Rentals to use the deposit to pay for loss, damage or cancellation.
