Costume Rentals

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. I agree to pay the full replacement cost and all charges for loss; soiling and/or damage to the costumes/accessories during my rental period.

2. I agree to pay late fees if the rental items are not returned at the designated time. An initial late fee of (2) two times the total rental fee. If the items are not returned after one week an additional 10% charge will apply for each consecutive week thereafter. After 30 days the items will considered to be stolen and the police will be contacted.

3. I understand all reservations will be charged the full rental fee regardless of actual use. Cancellations will result in a non-refundable store credit in the full amount with no expiry to be used for future rentals.

PROOF OF RETURN

Ensure you get your rental slip stamped with the date and time that you have returned your costume. Don't let your friend return your costume without getting proof that it was returned.

MASCOTS

Mascots are not licensed reproductions, associated trademarks, or representing copyrighted merchandise. The use of mascots for rental is for residential use only, not for commercial use.
